According to the Water Resources Agency reports that water resource will use two billion tonnes of water per year in Taiwan until 2021. The water will emission to Water recycling center for processing when people are finished. Assuming treatment ten thousand tons of wastewater will produce 5.3 tons of wet sludge,2 billion tons of waste water will produce 1.06 million tonnes of wet sludge, and processing one ton of wet sludge will cost NT 7000, In order to save this cost,the Leaderman Company buy a cyclone dryer AS01,using the concept of drying,and the design of cyclone brokend,originally moisture content of wet sludge 70 to 80 % reduced to 30 to 40 %,to reduced weight, fulfilled the purpose of reducing costs; Our laboratory was invited to study the efficacy of AS01, Conducted four experiments: the air flow (A group), temperature (T group), light material particles (L group ), crushing characteristics (group B), to improve the missing of AS01, and designed to reduce energy consumption, low noise, low pollution, high-capacity next-generation cyclone dryer.
