| Popis: | 高階經營管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) 103 This study aims to address the relationship among social capital, place attachment and well-being using residents as research samples in kinmen county. First of all, the effects of social capital and place attachment on well-being are addressed. Then, to analyze place attachment’s mediating effect on social capital and well-being for residents in kinmen county. 900 questionnaires are distributed and 800 of them are valid with response rate 88%. Factor analysis, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis are applied to test the hypothetical relationships. The findings of this study indicated that a part of social capital has significantly positive influences on both place attachment and well-being, place attachment has significantly positive influences on well-being, place attachment has partial mediating effect towards social capital and well-being. Issues related to well-being has become a serious topic for the government. Empirical results from this study may provide practical insights into the topic. |
