| Popis: | 103 In recent years, the proportion of female teachers in schools gradually increase. Different from the past, the trend is found that the proportion of female as high graders teachers in elementary schools is increasing. The purpose of this research is to investigate the perceived job stress and the adjustment strategies high graders female teachers facing with stress. This research adopted a qualitative semi-structured deep interview to process data collection, arrangement and analysis. Through purposive sampling, thirteen current high graders female teachers of Changhua County are invited as research participants. The findings and conclusions are: 1. The reasons female as high graders teachers in elementary school are many, but only a few are totally self-willing. 2. The job stress of high graders female teachers comes from class, lesson-preparing, administration, students, parents and personal reasons. 3. The adjustment strategies taken by high graders female teachers are multiple, positive and energetic. 4. High graders female teachers are willing to pursuit personal specialty, while expecting more respect, affirmation and assistance from schools. At last, according to the findings and conclusions, this research provide suggestions toward female teachers, schools and future investigators. |
