The main research of this paper was to investigate Chun-Lin Kuo who was a main pitcher of seven sets and total 103 pitch countsagainst the Japanese teamin 2014 First 21U Baseball Championship. The research based on the constructs obtainedfrom video information about his pitching situation and associated data. This paper first analyzeball species, speed, placement, direction of the first ball and mode of deploy ball in Chun-Lin Kuoeach pitching. The data were analyzed using of descriptive statistics, t test of independence and one-way ANOVAby SPSS 19.0 version. The primary analyses revealed the first, the most of pitch species is fastball (43%)and next is changeup (24%). The second, in the regard of pitch speed, the fastest speed is 144km/hrand the slowest speed is 111km/hr then maximum speed discrepancy is 33 km/hr. The third, placement of strikes are 63 goals the rate get to 61.2% the inside low pitch (cell placement region 19 )is the most and next is outside low pitch (cell placement region 17 ). The fourth, take the first ball speedinto consideration, fastball obviously better than curve ball, slider and changeup. It indicatesChun-Lin Kuoretain pitching change. The fifth, in the mode of deploy ballis7plate appearances(26.92%)of the first and second ball hit and there are also 3 plate appearances(11.54%)hit from the same direction. In addition, there are 16 plate appearances(61.54%) belong to cross with the ball and their point of view comprise outside low, middle and high pitch. In conclusion, the main pitching pattern of Chun-Lin Kuois cross with the ball. The highest rate(69%) of his first pitch lies infastball and slider but low tendency about the rate of strike out is 37.50% only. Therefore, we suggest that Chun-Lin Kuoshould strengthen pitching training in speed, control and strike out rate to improve his ability in deploy ball performance.
