| Popis: | 103 Our research focus on the comparison of the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait, use examples of Taiwan DongHua University and China GuangZhou University. We also adopt the comparative method, assist by the document analysis and interview survey to probe the four phases of description, explanatory, juxtaposition and comparison via George Z.F. Bereday. To induct conclusions and suggestions due to the research result. We offer the following conclusions as regarding to the research purpose and structure: I. The propositions of the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait 1.The propositions of the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait mostly due to the reasons of the economy, the politics, and the society. 2.University consolidation policy between the cross-strait in Taiwan is regulated by the Law of University; China is mainly on the Law of the Higher Education. 3.The driven force of the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait mainly focus on the top to the bottom, and from the outside to the inside. 4.The pushing process and methods of the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait are different to effect the merging time of the periods. II. The performance of the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait 1.After the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait, the whole efficiency of the economic level is better than before. 2.After the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait, the whole general curriculum pros is better than before. III.The result and future possibilities of the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait 1.After university consolidation policy between the cross-strait, they face the same new and old problems to be solved within the transitive process. 2.The future problem of the university consolidation policy between the cross-strait is still indicated on the issue of the personal. According to the research result, we offer six suggestions as references: 1.Taiwan should apply the law of university consolidation policy between the cross-strait to let it be progressing fast, and to go practically need with the supplemental methods and policies. 2.The scope of development after university consolidation policy between the cross-strait, should be limited on the certain level, in case it exceeds to decrease the efficiency of the quality. 3.To do one campus-oriented in order to reach the economic efficiency, but the institute should give reasonable budget distribution as regarding to the fair resource share. 4.The development of the curriculum pros should go public goal, in order to make good performance. 5.To make it practically, to ease the problems popped-up after university consolidation policy between the cross-strait 6.The key point to go success about university consolidation policy between the cross-strait is the personal attitude, better communicate more and respect personal thought, in order to do real consolidation. |
