The study on the synthesis, characterization and luminescent properties of bisphenol-A, benzyl alcohol succinic acid monoacylglyceride

Two series of thermotropic compounds with Bisphenol A 3-glycerolate di(4-(benzyloxy)-4-oxobutanoic acid) has been synthesized via two steps interactions, including succinic anhydride and epoxy resin ring opening reactions. The series Ⅱ, Bisphenol A di(1,2,6-tris(alkoxyl)-4-benzyloxy-4-oxobutanoic acid) also has been synthesized successfully via two steps. The organic fluorescent nanoparticles via 3,2-acyl migration by (NH4)2S2O8 catalytic reaction. The isomers in the products by different reaction conditions were characterized by 1D and 2D NMR experiments. The aggregated structures were characterized by gel permeation chromatography, DOSY-NMR and DLS. The excitation wavelength-dependent photoluminescence (EWDP) behavior was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy.
