| Popis: | 103 Reasearch on the resonabilities of other laws for the same situation was implemented by the way of parametric cluster analysis in Data Mining. By Data Mining,the imprisonment period is used as the variation principles and you can find the variables of the clusters very similar and very different between each other clusters so that we can scan the diffrencies of how other laws referenced to the same situation and even talk over their reasonabilities to the differencies for the laws of Construction Engineering. By parametric cluster analysis of data mining, it is clear to know the similar factors end up in different criminal liabilities case by case. The first: act factors, theft and arbitrary deeds (no plans). Second: identical factors, being officials or not. Three: trial factors: lethal case, harm caused cases and casualty possibilities. The legal responsibilities are presented by all above through which Data Mining, they have proved the problem of difference between the criminal liabilities for the same situation It is also understood that there tends to be a priority to special laws than general laws for criminal liabilities and the same for protection liabilities in Construction laws if the involvers are officials. Any offenses or invasions to life and physical Rechtsgut will cause severe criminal liabilities and references happen among laws. |
