| Popis: | 103 Using a large sample of US, we examine whether company would do corporate social responsibility (CSR) when it has financial distress, and either company make CSR effect or not. The main findings are as follows. First, if the company has financial distress, it is indeed able to bring significant negative impact performance. Second, help company find worth the investment of corporate social responsibility. Final, in different levels of financial distress, the company could ececute corporate social responsibility (CSR). |
