Entrepreneur is an important driving force for national economic development, but they often affect company, employees and enven overall economy by neglecting their own health. This study would like to understand are whether Taiwanese entrepreneurs have health management concepts, have attention to health management? Through this study, researcher also wants to understand the relationship between perceived health of Taiwan entrepreneurs and their actual health management behaviors. This study refer literatures and designed a questionnaire including healthy living habits, eating habits, understanding of their own health, the health check frequency, work pressure and Type-A personality traits, and conducted a survey of 162 Taiwanese entrepreneurs. The result found that most of Taiwanese entrepreneurs consider themselves are healthy, have low working hours and pressure, sleep well, and good health habits. But in same time, they’re lack of exercise and excessive consumption of caffeine. In addition, they got health examination generally, but are at lower frequencies and took less care about advanced projects relatively. Although most of them have good health exam result, but are likely to ignore the long-term changes in their own health. Meanwhile, a small part of them think they’re healthy but in fact pay no attention to health.
