Recently years, Geotextile Tube is widely used in building a revetment and seawall river, dredging reservoir and river. The material of filling is not limited to the high penetration sand of river and sea. Rheological property、High Water retention and Low coefficient of permeability, these characteristics of mud have significant influence on Tube dredging. Above all, the key point in Tube dredging is the process of dehydration. By using One Dimensional Consolidation Test, this research measures sludge from livelihood, reservoir and industrial areas, records their cake and correspond filtration rate and flow in different filter time. In this study, we modified Darcy's law and establish the estimated model. By importing the data of permittivity and Woven Geotextiles filter area in this model, it estimates the amount of sludge that Geotextile Tube can dispose with in per unit time and Area. Compare the estimated value with the result of Geotextile Tube experiment, we verify this method can be used to calculate the life of Irrigation facilities BAG in sludge filtration. Compare Hanging Bag Test with Pillow Test, the experiment indicates when Hanging Bag is filtering, the filter area of bag side is bigger than the bottom side. By calculating the Bernoulli equation, the pressure difference of Hanging Bag is much greater than the flat pillow. It is suitable for observing the effect of filtering, but not for evaluating the amount of sludge per unit area. Compare the model estimate value to the experiment result with a mono-layer bag or dual-layer bag, we seal the bag either from bag side or the bottom side, so that we can estimate the amount of sludge per unit time that bag can dispose with by one side, the result is correspond to the reality. We verify this model can evaluate the amount of sludge in bag filtering at the end.
