The purpose of this research is to self-report motivation and the psychological development of a 35-year-old woman whose marriage in the risk. This analysis is based primarily on the information provided by the participants in the narration that includes not only her past but also my present living experience. The methodology is the Narrative and Holistic-Content analytic method. Based upon the annotation of the vivid living story about the researcher’s background and marital course, the researcher includes her original opinion and expectation, and these affect the model of dedicating her marriage. In the meanwhile, the researcher is healed herself through the process of describing and explaining about the marital risk. By recognizing herself, accepting herself, and facing her marriage, she will keep going on her future positively by viewing her life. The findings as follows:1.The assault and impact of marriage in Two-location families.(1)Two-location families are hard to build the same family values and vision.(2)Two-location families are hard to build a good communication model.(3)Two-location families are easy to have sense of alienation and are not good for intimacy.(4)The husbands’ and wives’ thought are so different that they can’t have the same parenting attitude.2.The different values about the marital gender roles of the men and women. Some suggestions are mentioned in this thesis.
