| Popis: | 103 In recent years, the information technology development is into the WeB2.0. The civil moverment is rasing, various types protests present. As Sunflower Movement, participants used the technology for mobiling and spreading information. The development of information technology made to mobile quickly and actively, and it made the movement became the focus of the traditional media and the society. This thesis is focus on the mass movement of the network communication generation and the police prevention policy. By document analysis, in-depth interviews analysis, and SWOT analysis, the thesis wants to understand the police prevention policy to face the mass movement of the network communication generation. Analysis of the results are: the communication and social networking applications, from Facebook, twitter to LINE, WhatsApp, construct the network communication generation. It made the mass movement to break the right of access to the media. Every types social groups are focused on social communication media, want to use them for connection and moblization. And they use the networks and the communication and social networking applications to communicate aceess, promotion their idea, establish the consensus.The ablitiy of police institution face the mass movement of the network communication generation have strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. The police institution face the mass movement of the network communication generation should to enhance the security warning system and the database of public sentiment. The duty planning can’t limite in the fixed model. And police institution should to strengthen police’s duty skills and to recognize the human rights. |
