The Study of Behavioral Intention of Consumers using Internet Bank- A Case of Kaohsiung City

| Popis: | 103 This study is based on the “Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB” builds a consumers behavioral intention mode on using Internet Bank. This study also focus on verifies and analyzes the variables of “attitude,＂“subjective norm,＂and “perceived behavioral control” to understand what factors may affect consumers to using internet bank. In the study, the method of questionnaire is adopted to collect data of Kaohsiung resident. There are 563 questionnaires getting back from 600 questionnaires which are processed with the software of SPSS and AMOS. The results show that “attitude,＂“subjective norm＂and “perceived behavioral control” have positive and significant influences on the behavioral intention of consumers to using internet bank. And attitude is the most significant dimension. The second one is “perceived behavioral control”, the third one is “subjective norm,＂. In AT, the influence of personal relevant benefits (PRB) is top priorities on consumers to using internet bank. The major factor is that internet bank can provide tread record immediately, no timing limits that are able to make a trade in any time, and saving the time of line up before bank court and traffic to bank.In PBC dimension, “The ability to fully use variety functions of internet bank”, “ To be able to bring into using the customized function of internet bank”, and “have the integrally equipment of network” will impact the using of internet bank. In SN dimension, the friends and colleagues of main group have majors impact on internet bank using. Finally, based on the research results, this study also provides suggestions to the follow-up academic researchers and the relevant school administrative staffs that they can select the item of people statistical variance, for example, domicile for the urban-rural and interregional gaps, internet access average time per day, and the tool of internet access, for example mobile phone, laptop, computer. To do more deep analysis so that can make this study wider and complete. |
