With advances in technology and precision of miniaturized products, the molding time, the quality, and the accuracy of products need to be strictly controlled. The demand of automated production in industry is increasing, optical lens are growing rapidly in industry of digital informaton, such as the substantial increase in demand ofcamera lens, optical fiber communications, and applications of other related components, so the technique of precise and fine-tuning positioning system is extremely important for the production of miniaturizing manufactures. Inaccuracies are hard to be avoided when machines are workked for a long time. This will certainly affect the quality of products or cause damage to molds. Also, all the bad affection means to increase the cost of repair on the industry chain, for time is money. Therefore, the orientation of this text is to design tilt mechanism, correct the eccentric errors in the center of lens which are caused by variety factors, and be basedon the technique of thermoformed-compression molding combined with complex positioning system device and technique to fine-tune inclinations. The fine-tuning system can have the function of positioning multi-axis. For the lens, eccentric errors affect the quality of imaging. Thus firstly double-sided central inclination and lateral errors need to be corrected. Secondly design tilt mechanism to fine-tune positoning. Thirdly use two convex lenses to prove thermoformed-compression positioning. Fourthly measure the thickness of end products to discuss the problem of positioning the center of two sides. Finally correct the center offset of products by fine-tuning to prove the capability of mold design of fine-tuning and thermoformed-compression positioning multi-axis in this study.
