A study of consumer intention to use Mobile Banking

Promoting mobile banking in Taiwan financed institutions has become one of the most important strategies to enhance the competitiveness and marketing channels mobile banking. Many studies use Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to investigate consumer activities and satisfaction. In this study, Integrated Technology Acceptance Model (UTAUT) is the basis for the study. we also add "trust" as additional construct in our model. Two moderators, Relations Inertia and Service Quality, are included in our model to explore the various facets of the relationship of consumer adoption intention to use mobile banking. Our samples are collected from convenience sample. We collected 394 valid samples. Research tools using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 17.0 software for analysis. which needs more advance statistics analysis (Structural Equation Modeling, SEM). The results show that (1) consumers' expectations of performance "for banks action," trying expect "," social impact "," trust "have significant positive effects" intended use "of which the impact of" trust "the most. (2) "enabling conditions" for Mobile Banking "intended use" does not have a significant direct impact on the relationship. (3) "relationship inertia" effect in terms of regulating "efforts expectations" have significant moderating effects; and "quality of service" for the "performance expectations" also has significant moderating effects. The findings may provide the financial industry as a reference to the implementation of appropriate policies, and for subsequent researchers further analysis.
