Popis: | 103 Strategic Entrepreneurship Case Study - Dynamic Capabilities Perspective The study is based on qualitative research to explore strategic entrepreneurship via the dynamic capabilities perspective. Explore the business starting course of different types of enterprises, present a research infrastructure building strategic entrepreneurship with dynamic capabilities at the core, and offer influential factors like entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial team, entrepreneurial resource, entrepreneurial opportunity and entrepreneurial process, etc. Use case studies to take three enterprises as studied object to examine the opportunities seeking and advantages seeking in uncertainty, as well as the dynamic process of interaction between the various influential factors. Study results find that type I, a lack of entrepreneurial resources: baking industry A company's entrepreneurial success factor lies in making good use of industry, government and academic resources; type II, making the best use of external customer resources: manufacturing industry B company's entrepreneurial success factor rests on the accumulation of resources prior to entrepreneurship and full use of resources after entrepreneurship; and entrepreneurial type III, possession of the technical resources: tea making industry C company's entrepreneurial success factor is to insist on technology and brand. Three companies in the strategic entrepreneurship constantly seek opportunities, are courageous to try, and constantly develop innovative products. Regarding entrepreneurship performance, at the same time individual and organizational performance in economic terms has to be taken into account. Only exploration and development activities in alternating process of the two and continuous improvement can achieve simultaneous balance between exploration and development, which is the way for the organization’s long-term business success. Finally, this study provides the way of reference for entrepreneurial organization continuous growth, has an important practical significance, and proposed management implications and future research directions of the strategic entrepreneurship. |
