Popis: | 103 Purpose of this research is to design a recitation training program suitable for elementary students, which combines apprenticeship mentoring, lively materials and methodology to elevate the level of interest for students to practice recitation as well as enhance professional instructing capability for teachers in elementary school. This study is to focus on summarizing Mandarin pronunciation, context explanation, expression style, and teaching materials, while investigating effectiveness of recitation teaching as well as possible difficulties during implementation and corresponding practices to those obstacles. Subjects in this research are four students from the fifth grade, who receive a total of twenty four practice sections in six months, including weekly training in extracurricular time and an extensive practice before recitation contest. Learning effectiveness is analyzed and validated by video taping, student learning dairy, class observation, feedback survey from students, interviews with professional, and Mandarin recitation capability evaluation. Based on study results, recommendation for Mandarin recitation materials selection, course design focus, and professional instruction are provided, which provide lecturers field for their contemplation and improvement.
