| Popis: | 103 Facing the changeable society, the social atmosphere becomes more open which leads to change the relationship between people, as well as in the school. School is the miniature of the society. The members of school come from the different family and area, so the individual is also different between each other. In this way, some special atmosphere exists in the school. The purpose of this study concentrates on the effect of atmosphere in school to the work performance of administrative staff. We interviewed the administrators from a primary school in Tainan City and a primary school in Changhua County. The study method is the deep-interview and then analysis the result. The conclusion of the study are as follow as below: 1. The better atmosphere, the higher efficiency. 2. The style of the leadership will affect the atmosphere and the efficiency. 3. Better interaction of staffs will create good atmosphere and then lead to higher efficiency. 4. Parents participate in the school or not also influence on the efficiency.
