Popis: | 103 This study appli green picture books on environmental reading activities, and investigated its affection in environmental awareness, attitude and action. A self-designed questionnaire as a research tool, employed the cross-comparison method between an experimental group and control group in reading activities by quasi-experimental pattern. The questionnaire is divided into four parts: personal information, knowledge, attitude and action of environmental protection. Each part evaluated with Likert five-point scale. The results are analyzed with Descriptive statistics, Independent sample t test, Analysis of Covariance and Pearson product- moment correlation. The analyses show : (1) There’s no difference on the cognition,attitude and action of environmental protection for the students from all background. (2) Green story time has obvious influences on the cognition, attitude and the action of environmental protection. (3) Reading green picture book by one’s own only has obvious influences on cognition. (4) There’s no obvious correlation between environmental attitude and action. In green, the reading activity on environmental protection topics with green picture book can actually promote cognition,attitude and action of students.
