| Popis: | 103 This study is aim for the leadership behavior of coaches impacted on team cohesion and the sports confidence. With the findings and suggestions to the coaches, trying to improve the elementary school Judo player’s team cohesion and sports confidence. The survey of this questionnaire is taking 350 elementary school Judo players who participated the National Judo Championships 2015 as the objects of study, applied the SPSS 18.0 software to analysis the collected data with the T-test, descriptive statistical methods, one-way anova, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The findings and conclusions list as below: 1. It presents significant correlation on the players’ team cohesion and sports confidence by coach’s leadership behavior. 2. The different years of experience on coach’s leadership behavior has significant correlation. 3. Different grades and training days have significant correlation impact on team cohesion. 4. Different grades of player have significant correlation on sports con- fidence.
