| Popis: | 103 This study mainly examines whether the reporting of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects Taiwan Corporate Credit Risk Index (TCRI). Furthermore, this study investigates the impact of Family business characteristics on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and Taiwan Corporate Credit Risk Index. The data was adopted from Common Wealth magazine、Global Views、CSRone、Market Observation Post System (MOPS)、Taiwan Economic Journal (TEJ) by Listed and OTC during 2007-2013.The empirical results show that if the company releases their CSR, then TCRI will be lower. However, benefit from CSR reporting will be weakened after taking into the family business features. |
