Popis: | 103 In the currentteaching and learning environment, teachers play an increasingly complex role. Often burdened with heavy work pressure, it became hard to achieve teaching objectives. This study has two purposes: (1) to understand the source of a counselor’s work pressure, and (2) to propose solutions in the effect of organizational change process in counselors’ work pressure and satisfaction. The subjects of this study are counselors, directors of the counseling departments and educational authorities.This study has obtained their permission to participate in the research process to evaluate the work pressure and satisfaction. A total of 30 consultants and experts are interviewed. For the first round, 30 questionnaires were sent out and 25 copies were returned obtaining a return rate of 83.33%. For the second round, 60 questionnaires were distributed and 55 copies were returned obtaining a return rate of 91.67%. This study used “Delphi Method”. This methodbrainstorms to speculate about future phenomenonusing a series of systematic questionnaire to solicit the opinions of experts and scholars on the research issues. The results of the questionnaireafter each investigation and analysis are re-distributed to the expertsalong with a new questionnaire to serve as correction reference. This process is conducted over and over again until the difference between the views of the experts are at minimal level and the results are organized to provide consistent and concrete information. It adopted theKendall Coefficient of Concordance Wof nonparametric method and perform analysis and description of the results. Related research conclusions and suggestions are as follows: (A.) Recommendations for education authorities 1. Substantial administrative establishment 2. Reduce extensive documentation 3. Enhanceteachers' professional knowledge and ability 4.Adddecompression courses to resolve the working pressure (B.) Recommendations for the school and the school presidents 1.Extend the use of the teachers’ expertise. Use these expertise appropriately. 2. Establish additional faculty research fellowship center to create organizational harmony 3.Streamline the organizational structure and extend the coordinating function of each offices 4. Borrow the experience of senior teachers and pass on these experiences and knowledge to the more inexperience teachers (C.) Recommendations for counselors 1.Promote self-understanding and determine career goals 2.Encourage recreational activities, relieve physical and mental stress 3.Encourage to participate in growth and decompression courses to create a healthy body and mind 4.Actively join teacher groups and seek professional support Lastly, the conclusion and suggestions of this study is proposed to education authorities, school principals and teachersto provide references to the educational authorities in developing education policies, to the school presidents in managing their school staff and faculty and lastly, to the teachers and counselors in adjusting to work pressure.
