Popis: | 103 In this study, different additive formulations were used to produce emulsified heavy and diesel oil. Polysorbate 80 and water emulsified drop were heated in a high temperature environment that resulted to emulsification. Three combined additives (Span20、Span80 and PEG) as well as three different kinds of water contents (cW=4~10%) were used to investigate the emulsification phenomenon in terms of the following parameters namely, the temperature and time at the onset of emulsification. Observations in the microscope of the emulsification for polysorbate 80 and water emulsified drops were done. Experimental results show that among the compound S series additives, the additive S8T7 emulsion improved stability and durability compared with diesel fuel. In addition, among the P series additives, the additive T8P9 and T8P8 were both performed better. For total comparisons of S series of experiments is a better additive based on better emulsified formulation. The experimental results also show that adding the two additives in the heavy diesel fuel,The enhanced stability and durability in the emulsified oil which can reduce operating costs and at the same time improve process efficiency. |
