The study of elementary school teachers to drive the health-promoting school programs in cognition, attitude and executed situation — The case of Taoyuan city.

Popis: | 103 The study is to understand the cognition, attitude and executed situation about driving health-promoting programs by the teachers of Taoyuan city elementary school, and discuss about the influence of the cognition, attitude and executed situation by different background elementary school teachers, and the relationship between the cognition, attitude and executed situation. The study is using questionnaire research method, the research is choosing the national elementary school teachers of Taoyuan city to be the candidates. Using “the research questionnaires to the cognition, attitude and executed situation about driving health-promoting programs by elementary school teachers” to be the method tool, to proceed the questionnaire research. Totally sampling 600 persons of elementary school teachers, and the valid samples are 507 persons, the recycle rate is 84.5%. The research result as below: 1. Taoyuan city elementary school teachers to the cognition of health-promoting school programs meet the medium level. The cognition level of “health service” is the highest. 2. Taoyuan city elementary school teachers to the attitude of health-promoting school programs in the dimension of evaluating and behavior perform intention, they are all trend to positive feedback, but in the part of truly guide students to execute health- promoting issues and in the part of assist students to record or guide students to record each health record sheet, the teachers’ evaluation and perform intention is not high. A part of teachers feel anxiety to the future development of health- promoting school. 3. Taoyuan city elementary school teachers to the executed situation of health- promoting school programs are “Good”. The executed situation of “the material environment of school “ is the best item. 4. The background variable items of influence elementary school teachers to the cognition, attitude and executed situation in the dimensions of sex, age, seniority, experiencing in the domain of health and physical education during last three years, participating in health-promoting study during last three years, studying health- promoting related school credits, school size and knowing the school has established hygiene related committee are achieve obviously diversity. 5. Elementary school teachers in the cognition and attitude, cognition and executed situation dimensions has obviously shows medium positive correlation, the dimension of attitude and executed situation in health-promoting school programs shows obviously high correlation. 6. Elementary school teachers to the level of attitude are getting good and the level of cognition are getting high, it will get effective to forecast the executed situation about the health-promoting school programs by elementary school teachers.
