Popis: | 103 In this study, we using corn stalk to cultivate Phellinus linteus, to survey the feasibility of the wood grain and the group. The Phellinus linteus cellulose content 33-43%, lignin content 18-23%, and ash content 3-6%. The study, the cultivation of Phellinus linteus with cereals and corn stalk powder, assayed the differences of its ingredients. In the substrate moisture test, the result showed that the water-retention corn stalk powder higher than other cereal pieces, and in the cultivated conditions of Phellinus linteus, which need water 60-70 % humidity for optimal growth. And select the second highest grain moisture content as the main experimental purposes. In optimizing culture medium with measuring mushroom colony growth in the first five days, the potato medium c length 3.1 cm grow best, and the brown sugar is 2.4 cm. In the amount of the total sugar content of the test, the sugars and alduronic acid content are purple rice methanol extract> purple rice ethanol extract> corn water extract> purple rice water extract> ethanol from corn extract> corn methanol extract. the result showed the total sugar content that the purple rive methanol extract is the best. In the six-carbon sugar test, the resulted were ethanol from corn extract> purple rice methanol extract> corn water extract> purple rice ethanol extract> purple rice water extract> corn methanol extract. The DPPH radical scavenging strength of purple rice ethanol extract is 97.60%> corn methanol extract is 88.52% > purple rice methanol extract is 87.88%> ethanol corn extract is 85.56% > corn water extract is 56.54%> purple rice water extract is 49.15%. The total sugar content corn stalk of water extracted was higher than the other extraction, but DPPH radical scavenging places purple ethanol extraction is the best. In the total phenol content of the test, it is show that the ethanol extract of corn stalk> ethanol extract of purple rice> methanol extract of purple rice > water extract of corn stalk > methanol extract of corn stalk > water extract of purple rice. The resulted show that the total phenolic content the corn stalk of ethanol extraction is the highest. From this results, that using corns talks may be have potential for Phellinus linteus culture quite feasible. |
