Popis: | 103 In order to improve the motor function of upper extremity in children with cerebral palsy through the activity incessantly, this study attempts to combine the motion-sensing games and constraint induced movement therapy to establish a hand-training game system. Game therapy could promote children's motivation. Children with cerebral palsy could have difficulty in playing commercial games by deficiency of hand grip strength or other congenital deficiencies. It is intuitive to operate the motion-sensing games which do not need additional sensors on user’s body and are not restricted by the environment. Users could play them without additional burden. To improve the upper extremity ability for children with cerebral palsy, the interface design of motion-sensing games is investigated by the experiments. The results show that our games could promote children’s motivation. If the game is simple and intuitive, it would let children feel immersed. With experience of competition, children’s motivation can be promoted. Guide words of action in the games have memory effect for correct response. Appropriate game’s goal can make children to immerse deeply while playing. These results can be beneficial in the interface design of motion-sensing games and movement training of children with cerebral palsy. |
