Popis: | 103 Background and purpose:Today's society has gradually entered the aging, long-term care needs of the growing increase, and therefore the development of long-term care information more and more attention, due to advances in technology, the global smart mobile device boom, driven by the medical health care industry information for action demand, especially senior citizens action medical market, there is still much room for development. This study aims to cooperate with the government policies for the development of long-term care institutions, summed up long-term care management information system should have the function and interface, to improve the current long-term care facilities in the semi-manual operation mode and record the error rate high care needs, build set an action information system. Methods:Systems development and use of case depth qualitative interviews to assess research methods and systems to prototype life cycle approach as the main development mode, when the system build and program writing is complete, select the prototype system ready for the pilot and two different properties long-term care facilities to assess the object. Results:11 respondents by key women, including A mechanism nurses 2, B agency nurses 2, A mechanism has two nurse aides, including one for foreign nurse aides, B staff, a total of five institutional care, which there are four for foreign care staff, through the analysis of the content of total summarized four themes and nine sub-themes, namely (a) the system quality: 1.can not meet the needs of users, 2.the system is easy to operate and accurate information (b) information quality: 3. to provide a complete real-Newsletter, 4. delayed update information and output formats (c) Service quality: 5. delay service time, 6.staff clearly explain operating procedures (d)Intention to use: 7 to reduce the clinical work time, 8. Maladaptive, 9. system improvements. Conclusions:Although the two organizations are not the same attributes, respondents B mechanism intended use for the use of information systems operations and satisfaction higher than respondents A mechanism, but the intended use of information systems is still demand for the main, if it can significantly the system allows users to feel the actual procedure is simple and can simplify the workflow, without much change habits and reduce time to adapt, will make it easier for users to accept the willingness to use information systems. |
