| Popis: | 102 The hospitality industry are intense competition in the market. To understand how service innovation to provide better service for tourists in tourism industry. This study exploring the service innovation of Leofoo Resort Guanshi. Leofoo Resort Guanshi Adventures in Animal Intimacy Leofoo Resort Guanshi is a preeminent resort that features wildlife and Africa theme, located in Guanshi, Taiwan and includes 161 rooms with Africa inspired architecture and landscape design. With many animals on site, the resort is scheduled to hold its GRNAD OPENING in January 2010.This research intends to use content analysis, through in-depth interviews with thirteen interviewees including employees and tourists during on January 23, 2014 to February 28. By analyzing the contents of transcribed texts of interviews, Leofoo Resort Guanshi planning the activity with animal, tourists experience. Further increase their own revenues. The managerial implications are discussed for future improvement of hotel industry in Taiwan. |
