Popis: | 102 The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment(WEEE) Directive became European Law in February 2003. The WEEE Directive requests the producers who want to sell product in EU to take responsibility of collection, recycling and disposal of electronic waste. The producers should provide reuse and treatment information to recycle collector. In a traditional approach, the producers make disassembly instructions manually,and that is time consuming and takes lots of manpower. Currently the industry is using CAD package to design product. It will save times and manpower by using information from CAD package to generate disassembly sequence automatically. This study introduces a disassembly sequence algorithm based on branch-and-bound, and use SolidWorks API to extract information from an assembly file, finally to generate disassembly sequence automatically. The error between initial solution and optimal solution is under 30%, and the error between initial solution and optimal solution is 0% within one minute in the 3 cases. It is able to find a high-quality feasible solution within a reasonable time. |
