Popis: | 102 Physical and chemical reactions may occur during the manufacturing of wafer. To guarantee the yield rate, time limits are added together with the production process to determine the duration of production, which is called Q-Time. In case of anomalous occurrence, the affected range and time for recovering machines shall be estimated; if the events are not solved within the specified duration of Q-time, the whole batch may be scrapped. Generally, the anomalous event is not only affect the single batch of product, but also several production lines may be influenced at least; therefore such events may often result in the scrap of large quantity of wafers. By means of the production re-scheduling strategies, the production scheduling for anomalous events can be formulated. Based on different anomalous events, to prepare different strategies for suspend production, changing the chief machines and machine output to achieve the purpose of upholding Q-Time. With dynamic analysis by event-oriented simulation, it introduces the HIF (Highest-Index-First) in the production process into the mechanism of evaluating rules of suspend production and strategies of controlling the quantity of whole batch flow. Through effective control of the production based on anomalous events, wafers can be manufactured within the duration of production specified by Q-Time, which efficiently reduces the scrap caused by Q-Time over by 85%. |
