Popis: | 102 Graphene, a 2D-planner material composed of carbons with a thickness of several atoms, has a stable chemical stability, excellent electron mobility, and high mechanical strength. Recently, growing attention has been drawn to graphene for applications in the machinery industry. In this thesis, incorporation of the graphene for the purpose of increasing the har-diness, lubricity, and wear resistant properties of Ni-P/PTFE composite materials with an expectation of reinforcing its capability against abrasion in mechanical properties. This study includes two parts: the fundamental examination of the effects of various augmentation of grapheme on the properties of composite plating Ni-P/PTFE and the effects of three controllable factors, i.e., deposition temperature, deposition time, and pH value, on Ni-P/PTFE/Graphene coating. The experimental results demonstrate that a Ni-P/PTFE/graphene coating with better hydrophobicity, high hardness and excellent diffusion can be obtained by control-ling the amount of graphene and adjusting controllable factors. The micro-structure properties and surface morphology of such a coating are observed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), contact angle instrument, and Vickers hardness tester. It is also shown that compared with the non-graphene Ni-P/PTFE composite coat-ing, the Ni-P/PTFE/Graphene copper substrate has better heat-resistant, wear-resistant properties and stronger mechanical strength. |
