Popis: | 102 Human Resource is the heart of an Organization, "Human beings" are one of the most important factors in an enterprise operation, but it's difficult to measure the performance of Human Activities, also it’s hard to management and control. The Missions of the Human Resource Department should be changed depending on the Diversity Missions of the Organization. The Organization Policy provides a proper Human Resource Management Strategy to enforce the other Departments to approach the Goal of the Organization. When an Organization should be reformed, the Department of Human Resource should be involved to assist the other departments to remove the obstructed factors and to overcome the impact of the Organization changed, and rebuild a high performance Tiger team. In my Research, Starting from the area of Human Resource in an Organization just Beginning to reform. The Conclusions shown below are derived by: 1. documents and literatures study. 2. The data analysis of interviews collected from some employees of this organization. First: When the Department of Human Resource assists the Organization to integrate all the strategies, it also needs to use a strategic method. A fair or foul strategy will impair the Productivity of an Organization; there must have a closed linked between the Human Resource Management and the Organization Goals. Second: The more involving the operations of the organization strategy, the more important of the partnership between the Department of Human Resource and the Organization. Not only assist the organization to union the human resources, but also help diagnosing the symptom of the organization and sketching out the operation strategy of the organization. The other role of the Human Resource Department is a “Reform promoter”, and finally creating a revolutionary organization. Third: The Goals of the Reformed Organization: ‘’Near Future Goal” adopting vigorous measures to approach as an enterprise operation model, lead the organization to be a high performance research institute; “Mid Future Goal” integrating the professional field of” industrial, official, academia, research institute” to be an organization of autonomous defense and universal technology between Defense vs. Industry; “Far Future Goal” innovating new technology and cooperating with international institute to be an organization of outstanding institute in the word. |
