A Study of the Relationship Among Core Competence, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Innovation Performance in Tourism Factory

| Popis: | 102 The main objective of this research is to study the correlation among core competence, entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance in tourism factory. In addition to inspecting the influence of core competence and entrepreneurial orientation of tourism factory on innovation performance, entrepreneurial orientation is further taken as intervening variable to inspect its influence on the correlation between core competence and innovation performance in the tourism factory. In this research, the nationwide tourism factories are taken as research targets, a total of 110 survey questionnaires are issued, 84 copies are returned, which comes to a return rate of 76.3％, meanwhile, after statistical analysis is performed among 83 copies of effective survey questionnaires, the following conclusions are reached: (1) Both two perspectives of the core competence of tourism factory, namely, resource integration capability and experiential marketing capability, have positive influence on innovation performance; (2) The entrepreneurial orientation of tourism factory has positive influence on innovation performance; (3) The entrepreneurial orientation of tourism factory does not have significant intervening effect on the correlation between resource integration capability and innovation performance; (4) The entrepreneurial orientation of tourism factory shows negative intervening effect on the correlation between experiential marketing capability and innovation performance. Finally, discussion is made on the research results, and suggestions for future research and practice are proposed too. |
