A study for Personality Traits and People's Willingness of foreign backpacking in Elementary School Teachers of Kaohsiung City

| Popis: | 102 The purpose of this study is to explore the willingness of the Kaohsiung City elementary school teachers of overseas backpacking .There are two groups were divided by cluster analysis, they were low independent traveling group, and high independent traveling group respectively, and their population statistical variation has been discussed. Furthermore, the analysis of the willingness of independent traveling abroad carried out in personality straits. In this study,there were 500 teachers were investigated, using questionnaires, in March-May 2014 ;In addition,four hundred and eighty questionnaires received (95% effectiveness).Descriptive analysis, Cluster Analysis, independent sample t-test, descriptive analysis,and One-way ANOVA have carried out in the study. The results showed that: 1.There is a partially significant difference in between gender, age, education, Children, the average monthly income the willingness of independent traveling groups. 2.In five factors of personality, "groundbreaking" and "strict accountability" has a significant and positive influence between in willingness of independent traveling groups among which the personality "groundbreaking" the greatest impact. 3. There are many partially significant difference between in personality traits of different personal attributes of elementary school teachers |
