Users' Satisfaction of the Center for Health Communication and Education Website: An Application of IS Success Model

| Popis: | 102 Website of National Center for Health Communication and Education has been designed and used from July 2006. The website is an important information channel which provides quickly, accurately and timely information on food safety and hygiene, disease prevention... The website also provides necessary documents, data and information for managers, policy makers and researchers ... in the health sector. Every day, the website has got thousands of visitors and it has more than 8 million visits for more than six years since its inception. This study aimed to assess the level of satisfaction of the user and propose solutions to improve the quality of the website and meet the needs of users. In order to examine proposed research model, the author conducted a survey by delivering questionnaires to 250 users from Center for Health Communication and Education in 9 provinces and one Institute of MOH. After eliminating poor quality responses, there was left 236 effective samples. The results indicated that: designed the theoretical research model and measurement scale to evaluate users’ satisfaction on website; implementing survey and do analysis; specified influence level of the factors; determine the impact of factors affecting satisfaction and propose some suggestion to improve quality of website. |
