The main purpose of this study is to investigate working environment of elementary school teachers charged with administration affects Burnout. Besides, this study based on the New Taipei City public elementary school was also an executive teacher for the population, the use of the questionnaire were distributed and 600 questionnaires were distributed and 585 valid questionnaires. These responses were analyzed by statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings were as follows: 1. The overall Burnout of elementary school teachers charged with administration was "medium" level.In which, perception of the maximum dimension was "emotional exhaustion"; perception of the minimum dimension was "dehumanization". 2. Marriage marital status of elementary school teachers charged with administration on "humane dimensions" differences significant level, a single significantly higher than those married. 3. Working years of elementary school teachers charged with administration on the overall Burnout difference up to the level of significance. 4. Work environment and Burnout had a significant positive correlation.
