| Popis: | 102 There are many electronic OEM factories in Taiwan leading world recently. In this study, we investigate a traditional stamping factory producing electronic components, set the goals that Improve product quality, Increase customer satisfaction, and reduce manpower, to face peers with enhanced competitiveness. We can search the problem in processes, modify mold technology to strengthen machine utilization rate and increase revenue. We discuss the threats in producing of factory first, with the standard of ISO. Then we design a quantitative method from KPI to compare the results before and after. We will understand the effect in operating factory from manufacturing process improvement project. It has objective view that rating goal of staff, reviewing plans to improve, increasing performance in factory by using KPI. From result of this study, we provide a consultation making better in producing process. It’s pragmatic to find a best match method by KPI that analyze the information to improve traditional stamping factory capacity. Enterprise will have much more competitive advantage by efficient resource planning and controlling the problem in process, and having a global view, so that company can open up new market in precipitous changes of the industry. |
