The theory of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has become popular since Organ had presented it, but most of researches focus on develops regular organization’s OCB, only few were focus on military which ask for dedication and group disciplined organization. To knowing how the OCB works in the military, this research form the active volunteer officer of the military for research object, trying to develop an OCB which can adapted to the military. This research beginning by sort out both of the military and OCB’s writings to make a assumption of the Military’s Organizational Citizenship Behavior (MOCB), and use semi-structured interview to interview eight active volunteer officer by simple sampling, then analyze the data and compare with the assumption, the result showed that as follows: Military’s Organizational Citizenship Behavior are more like an inter-role behavior and it include several diversion: (1) Gregarious: Obey the order of the leadership and avoid argument with other member. (2) Loyalty: The member will accomplish the duty and protected military’s value. (3) Reciprocal altruism: The person who be aided will return the fever. (4) Distinct between public and private interests: Won’t use public resource for private reason and keep justify. (5) Share and devotion: The member willing to knowing in-tern information and pass the information.
