Popis: | 102 The purpose of this study is to investigate the Career Plateauing on Turnover Intention and to exam the moderating effect of Job Fit between the dependent and independent variables. Using survey research method, 150 questionnaires was sent to employees in a subsidiary company of the Aisin Seiki Group in Taiwan. A total of 128 valid questionnaires were returned for analysis. The results of the study were summarized as follows: 1.Career Plateauing had a significantly negative impact on Job Satisfaction. However, Content Plateauing, a sub-dimension of Career Plateauing, had no significantly impact on Job Satisfaction. 2.Job Fit had a significantly positive impact on Job Satisfaction. 3.Job Fit had no moderating effect on the relationship between Career Plateauing and Job Satisfaction. However, Objective Fit, a sub-dimension of Job Fit, had a significantly moderating effect on the relationship between Career Plateauing and Job Satisfaction. |
