| Popis: | 102 The early childhood education in advanced countries like Europe and America is regard as a national asset from early time. Nation support in foster and educate children and even social security aspects and spare no effort to intervene. In the 1960s-1970s, people will give child to someone to adopted, even happened children were lured into trafficking at hill tribes that record in news pages. Child is a public property of the nation, belongs to the public, also belongs social groups. Nation, society, groups have responsibility of early childhood education, early childhood education is the strength of inherited and extended of a country. This study use Organizational Life Cycle Theory as conceptual basis to explore and comparison the dilemma of operating early childhood education through actual operating cases and the current situation. According the development of case study and the phenomenon happened in recent years to discuss results: understand each stage of a case study of the organization development, characteristics of the organizational life cycle theory and dynamic of operating; understand the affected factors of the cases organization development progress; found the case difficulties in reality. Finally, the findings are through analysis and discussion, and presented both practice and theory in contrast. The findings can provide effective and practical reference for those who have aspirations in early childhood education. For the operation and strategy management, the results of this study show the experience of private early childhood education, and the strategy they use when the industry is facing financial difficulties. According research findings, the specific reflect can provide the operators as reference to develop appropriate strategies. When economic conditions change, the low fertility rate has become a trend. This phenomenon cause the industry operates to bottleneck. The research findings showed should adjust and update equipment at proper time, improve the structure of professional staff, application community resources and expand marketing strategies when profit sufficient to maintain operational advantage. |
