Popis: | 102 Using Inconel 718 superalloy and AISI304 stainless to be base material on this, brass being filler, using transient liquid phase(TLP) bonding let two base materials are bonded to different times. After bonding, and then microstructure analysis, hardness, mechanical and other test, to discuss the extent of the spread of the material with each other as well as the mechanical strength of the joint; It was found that, when at 1170 ℃, 20N / mm2 transient liquid phase bonding temperature in 10min when holding the highest shear strength. As time increases, the base material and the middle layer of the mutual diffusion of elements of good hardness intermediate layer has improved significantly, but the pressure caused by insufficient bonding interface defects, resulting in poor mechanical properties. |
