Popis: | 102 In the machine tool industry, high precision and automation are required for manufacturing and assembly processes. Scraping is basic and key technique in high-precision machine tools. The accumulated tolerance from a machine tool is eliminated by scraping. In general, the traditional scraping process is time-consuming and tedious manual labor. To overcome these shortcomings, a novel a composite scraping mechanism that comprises a simulation mechanism and reciprocating mechanism is developed and designed. The composite scraping mechanism can perform two scraping functions: precision scraping and rough scraping. The model of composite scraping mechanism is simulated and Analyzed by CATIA. Cast iron and Turcite work pieces can be scraping tests. Then, the scraping work pieces can be measured by scraping measurement. The parameters of the scraping work piece can be evaluated. The strokes of X-axis and Z-axis for composite scraping mechanism are 20mm.The positioning error of composite scraping mechanism is 0.9μm. The weight of composite scraping mechanism is 15 kg. The automatic scraping mechanism can reduce the time of operations and the difference of removal depth for every scraping processing. |
