The population were selected from sophomore and senior students in high school in Kaohsiung City in 2013, and a random sample of 11 schools was drawn from all the high schools. After that, two classes from each school were randomly chosen as research samples, and 733 valid samples were collected. The study conducted a statistical analysis with SPSS and statistical analysis software with Amos, including descriptive statistical methods and structural equation modeling analysis. The results were as follows: (1)By structural equation modeling analysis to verify the reliability and validity.(2)The way that students receivrd the message of Echinacea anti-drug education campaigns' posters are the highest, followed by weekly anti-drug campaigns, and billboard message was ranked the third. (3)Students showed moderate needs for anti-drug campaigns on campus; students were convinced that playing anti-drug pertinent films was the most effective way to promote anti-drug campaigns; the most suitable speaker for students of anti-drug campaigns were successful drug quitters;(4)Echinacea anti-drug education campaigns need assessment and the needs of educational content showed significantly positive correlation.(5)3.8% of the students asertained that their relatives, friends or peers had drug abuse problems and Ketamine was a major anti-drug for them.
