Popis: | 102 This study is focused on the common crosslinking system for EPDM rubber and a composite crosslinking system of sulfur / peroxide for EPDM rubber, A Monsanto rheometer was employed to determine the processing time and the optimum process temperature, and explore the crosslinking rate, and test the mechanical properties and compression set, Aging tests was used for investigating different proportions of crosslinking agent for heat aging resistance properties, The dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) was used for investigating chain motion. The experimental results show that the crosslinking system with sulfur and DCP in a weight ratio of 3:7,Yielded the faster crosslinking rate and the processing is safety, The mechanical properties is close to those with sulfur crosslinking system, the degree of resistance to aging and compression set were close to those of peroxide crosslinking system, had perfectly total properties . |
