BGO system mainly monitors luminosity of SuperKEKB accelerator during its commissioning. Electrons and positrons collide in SuperKEKB, and many Bhabha events occur, which have a feature of back-to-back outgoing particles. By detecting the back-to-back event rate, the luminosity of SuperKEKB can be obtained. Besides, BGO system can also function as background monitor in SuperKEKB. My study contains the mechanical design and simulation of BGO system. In this thesis, I introduce the overview design concept and give out an expected performance of BGO system.
