Popis: | 102 The research will focus on the elementary school teachers in the countryside of New Taipei City, and it aims to explore the relationship among Principal Positive Leadership, organizational commitment and school effectiveness. There are four purposes of this study. Firstly, to analyze teachers perceived view on the relationship between the positive leadership and teacher organizational commitment. Secondly, to investigate teachers perceived view on the relationship between teacher organizational commitment and school effectiveness. Thirdly, to probe teachers perceived view to the relationship between the positive leadership and school effectiveness. Fourthly, to verify teachers perceived view on the relationship between Principal Positive Leadership and school effectiveness through the organizational commitment. The study will first develop the theory and research frame, and then design the research through reviewing literature. This paper conducts a survey, which distributed 400 questionnaires to 40 elementary schools in the countryside of New Taipei City and collects 318 effective questionnaires. The study uses statistical tools to help the data analysis, including SSPS and AMOS. The findings are as follow: (1) Forward thinking leadership of the school principals make teachers feel worth-trustful, which can improve the organizational commitment. (2) Principals improve teachers' organizational commitment, motivate teachers to devote more, and help improve the performance of school. (3) School principals with positive leadership efforts to increase organizational commitment, to increase teacher’s effectiveness in school. |
