| Popis: | 102 Taiwan''s election culture has been in a corrupt atmosphere for years, especially the conflicts between the two political parties (KMT and DPP) has decreased Taiwan''s competitiveness and opportunities in the global economy. The relationship between large enterprise and politics make people lose the trust of government’s policy and faith. Therefore, author believe in order to bring back the moral political environment, first of all, we should limit the election expenses and executed strict penalties, which will increase more people to participate in the politics. In conclusion of the study of Taiwan’s general election budget structure and planning– Kaohsiung city council as an example, the suggestions are: 1. Taiwan must renew the election budget structure and regulation. 2. We should limit the election activities during election period. 3. We should build an open and transparent infrastructure. 4. The reform of the central election commission is significant.5. We must change the current method of political presentation to attract more people to focus on public policy. If future leader can use the above suggestion as a reform establishment, and willing to step out from the traditional burden to restructure Taiwan’s election system in order to gain more competitiveness in the future. We believe the restructure will attract more talents to the public service and bring back people’s faith to the government. |
