| Popis: | 102 In 1997 the United Kingdom opened the cultural and creative industry trend, Taiwan began to follow the trend since 2002. After 10 years of policies and industry development, there remains a sizable gap between aspiration and accomplishment of Taiwan''s cultural and creative industries. The primary reason for problem is a big difference from UK and Taiwan’s industry thinking. UK has a far-reaching cultural and the cultural and creative industry was originated in cultural inheritance and development. In fact, the Taiwan government did not go in understand of the industry''s core just has been treated as cultural and creative as a new industry can be profitable. Even use the past of the Taiwan''s technology industry development thinking to promote the cultural and creative industry. If the lack of proper industrial development thinking, there is bound to be difficult to achieve significant breakthroughs and development. |
