Popis: | 102 In an aging society where birth rate is declining, labor structures change accordingly, rendering the gradual aging process of labor populations a common phenomenon. As medical technologies progressed, average life-expectancy has been extended, causing a high number of retired seniors aged 65 years to remain competitive in the career market. This study aims to investigate the key factors and their respective weighting analysis on redesigning senior human resources to provide decision-makers with a quantification basis for planning the career market for aging workers. First, we obtained the job accommodation preliminary key factors by reviewing literature and formulating corresponding mind maps. Second, we used the Modified Delphi method to confirm the key factors, based on which the job accommodation key factor mind map was established. Third, we used the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method for investigating the correlation and weighting number of the primary key factors (main branch). Fourth, we sorted the secondary key factors (sub-branch) in order of priority by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results showed that after the literature review and confirmation by 14 experts, 5 primary and 18 secondary key factors were attained. Through the DEMATEL method, we obtained senior mentality as the crucial factor influenced other factors. In addition, job accommodation was identified to be the most significant key factor that was influenced by other factors. According to the AHP result, the items of physiological function, user interface, job content adjustment, labor safety, and experience inheritance yielded the highest importance in the dimensions of senior mentality, technology acceptance, job accommodation, care support, and retirement transition, respectively. Finally, the mental decision-making model was established by summarized the obtained results. |
