Popis: | 102 A Study of the Relationships Among Coach Leading Behavior, Team Cohension and Team Performance Abstract This thesis is to study the relationships among coach leading behavior, team cohesion and team performance of Kaohsiung junior high school athletic class students. The main purposes are : 1. Understanding the awareness of athletic class students to coach leading behavior, team cohesion and team performance. 2. Understanding the background criteria of students and see if it causes different result to the research. 3. Understanding the coefficient of correlation towards coach leading behavior, team cohesion and team performance. 4. Analyzing the forecast capability of athletic class awareness towards coach leading behavior, team cohesion and team performance. The research is taking questionnaire as main method, and sampling from Kaohsiung public junior high school students. 585 questionnaires are received and 527 are effective. The methods of statistics are descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson’s product-moment correlation, canonical correlation, multiple stepwise regression…etc. Based on the data analysis, the findings are: 1. Junior high athletic students have high awareness towards training and leading behavior, supportive behavior, rewarding behavior of coach leading behavior. 2. Junior high athletic students have high awareness towards team adaption, interpersonal attraction of team cohesion. 3. Junior high athletic students have high awareness towards orienteering future development of team performance. 4. Background criteria have significant influence in coach leading behavior. 5. Male, high training hours, high joining external competitions, good grades in national level sports events, remote districts of athletic class students have significant influence in team cohesion. 6. Male, 7-Grade, high training hours, high joining external competitions, good grades in national level sports events, remote districts of athletic class students have significant influence in team performance. 7. The higher awareness of coach’s democratic behavior, the higher awareness of team cohesion. 8. The higher awareness of coach’s supportive behavior, the higher awareness of personal achievement satisfication. 9. The higher awareness of team cohesion, the higher awareness of team performance. 10. The higher awareness of supportive behaviors from coach, the more influence in orienteering future development of team performance. 11. Supportive behavior is the most predicting perspectives to team performance. The recommendations will be the guideline of sport managing development, and the reference of educational executive development and future researches.
